Use this page to request a new account. Registration is free and is required for access to database reports and to add an AKK to the Database.
Just enter email address, create an ID and the password you wish to use. You will receive an email when your account has been activated. A working email and your actual name are required.
Notes:
"Account Name" is your database account ID such as your Kennel Name
'Paragon', or your own name 'MarySmith etc. Capital and lower case letters are allowed
however, Please do not use any spaces.
"Password" is at your choice. For example it could be 'az23yu4'
or 'Phydeaux' etc. Do not use an important password since it is not encrypted. And again, No Spaces.
"Location" Please include city, state and country only.
